O Clube de Regatas do Flamengo é um clube poliesportivo brasileiro com sede na cidade do Rio de Janeiro fundado para disputas de remo em 17 de novembro de 1895. Criado no bairro de mesmo nome, o clube mudou-se para o bairro da Gávea na primeira metade do século XX.

Sua atuação no futebol iniciou-se em 1912. Suas maiores glórias neste esporte são o Mundial Interclubes e a Copa Libertadores de 1981, na equipe que contava com nomes como Paulo César Carpegiani (técnico), Júnior, Adílio, Tita e liderada por Zico, considerado o maior ídolo da história do clube.
